14-Day Return and Exchange Policy for THIRTYWAY

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help with both returns and exchanges.

Return and Exchange Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
    • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange for STORE CREDIT ONLY. In our opinion this is the best option anyways because you can just use that money to treat yourself again hehe!
    • Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
    • Final sale items, including sale and clearance items, are not eligible for return or exchange.
    • We will not accept returns or exchanges if there is makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted 
  2. Return Shipping
    • Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
    • customers will be responsible for there own shipping. We WILL NOT be providing a shipping label. 😉
    • You can send your package to: THIRTYWAY, P.O. Box 320, Leo IN, 46765. Thank you for understanding! ❤️
    • Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.
  3. Exchanges
    • To exchange an item, please email us at ordersthirtyway@gmail.com and we’d be happy to help you get the right size item!😊
    • If the exchange item is available, we will process and ship it to you at no additional cost.
    • If it is not an even exchange, customers will be expected to pay the difference. 
  4. Non-Returnable Items
    • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or exchange.
    • Gift cards, custom-made items, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
  5. Return Costs
    • If the return or exchange is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item, defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
    • For all other returns and exchanges, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
